Candidate Issues
Issues involving Keys Human Resources staff will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Keys Human Resources staff are initially informed of their obligations regarding behaviour on site during Keys Human Resources’s internal induction process. Keys Human Resources have a zero tolerance policy regarding the following:
- Drugs and alcohol
- Theft
- Breeches of the law
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Violence
- Verbal abuse
Issues that may arise on site involving Keys Human Resources staff will be handled by the Human Resource Manager. Any issues on site are to be conveyed to Human Resource Manager to be dealt with immediately and appropriate action taken depending on the severity of the issues. Actions that may be administered include:
- Mediation
- Verbal Warning
- Written Warning
- Work suspension
- Termination of employment
- Police intervention
Replacement
If a new Keys Human Resources candidate is deemed to be unsuitable or unqualified for the work the Human Resource Manager should be contacted to organise a replacement and inform the candidate. In most cases Keys Human Resources will be able to replace candidates within 24 hours.
Longer term candidates will be replaced with the highest priority to limit any disruption to business.
