Methodology
1. We design your companies Induction program based on competencies within current job description, and self assessment of worker’s current skills and knowledge.
2. Your New worker under go induction program where knowledge components are presented.
3. The Worker will under go various training methods depending on the required units of competency.
4. The Worker gathers and submits ‘supplementary’ evidence to support knowledge and skills acquired.
5. The Assessment is conducted by our RTO, Keys Human Resources - Keyshr.com.au
