Courses can be completed in as little as thirty minutes however you will have up to sixty days to complete the course

To complete the RSGcourse you will require:

• an internet connection
• a printer or access to a printer
• photo identification. e.g. Queensland Drivers Licence

• An observer to verify that you have completed your assessments. Your observer can be anyone over the age of 18 years old.

   

When will I get my certificate?

Certificates will be emailed on the first available business day once the course is completed and identification is received.

Statements of attendence can be printed immediately after completion of the online course.
 

What does the course consist of?

The course is broken into eight sections with a five question multiple choice quiz at the end of each section. You may complete your course over time. Once you have successfully completed the quiz at the end of each part you can logout and return at a later date to continue your course.

What is RSG?

It is mandatory for workers involved in Queensland's gaming industry to have a current RSG course certificate. The RSG training program is approved and developed under direction of the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) and meets the Office's training requirements.
